Storybird

Storybird lets anyone make visual stories in seconds. With curated artwork from illustrators and animators around the world.

Congratulations to Chris Zimmerman, Shelly Bush and Emily Oyler from the Weber School Foundation on receiving the Weber School District's E+ Team Award! Through events like the Christmas Tree Jubilee, the Foundation helps raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for students and teachers in our district. These donations help pay for such things as our all-abilities playgrounds, iPads for autistic children, classroom and teacher grants, and field trips to educational sites. It's with great pride we recognize this amazing team and their contributions to our schools!

On Monday, Weber School District Board Member,

Rick Favero, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at his home in Taylor. Rick has served on our school board for the past four years and just won re-election this past November for his second four-year term.

We are deeply saddened to lose such a wonderful man! Rick has been a leader in our community and in his church for many years. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Andrea, and the rest of their family as they mourn the loss of their husband, father and grandfather.

This is certainly a profound loss for them and it is a tremendous loss to the Weber School District. Rick has served so faithfully on our board and he will be greatly missed.
