Self-Care is a deliberate and conscious effort to take care of our emotional, mental and physical health and well-being. Self-Care is being kind to ourselves, our minds and our bodies. When we practice self-care, we do better in school, our relationships with others are healthier, and feelings of anxiety and depression are diminished.
