Weber School District values stakeholder input as part of our education evaluation and improvement process. We are seeking feedback from parents and guardians regarding their student’s teacher(s) and support staff. The information collected from the surveys will be used to inform and increase educator effectiveness in our schools. We are asking for your participation.

In order to do so please access the survey by logging into MyWeber at which is the portal for information (grades, attendance, etc.) for your student. If you have not registered there is a link there to start that process. Once you have signed into MyWeber there will be a survey link. Selecting that link will start the survey where you can choose individually the teachers and support staff that are associated with your student. This list may include counselors, media specialists, special education teachers and related service providers. The survey will be accessible January 25th through May 2, 2017. We thank you your feedback and appreciate your willingness to take the time to complete the survey. If you have any questions, please contact your local school.
