Weber Online offers Weber District's 9-12th grade students the opportunity to earn graduation credit when and where they want to, virtually 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With the passing of House Bill 65 previous to the 2010-11 school year, Weber School District set about the task of creating online education opportunities for our students. This task was accomplished in the form of Weber Online, Weber School District's virtual school.

All secondary students in 9-12th grade can earn academic credit by taking one of 14 courses currently offered by Weber Online. Home school students within Weber District's boundaries can also access online education through our Weber Online. There are currently 604 courses being taken by Weber School District Students through Weber Online and since June 1, 2012 we have had 302 quarter credits completed by students!

We are very pleased with the opportunities created for students by Weber Online. Not only does the availability of online courses create enhanced academic opportunities for our students, it gives a student the experience of participating and learning in a virtual environment, which is an absolutely necessary skill for success in post-secondary education.
