Resilience is the ability to recover quickly from a problem or a setback. It is the ability to “bounce back.” When we are resilient, we are able to mentally and emotionally cope with difficult situations in a healthy and positive way. Resilience is the process of adapting well in stressful and even traumatic situations. Below you will find resources you can use at home to help teach this important skill to your child.
