To create a Parent Account you must have a Student ID. You can find your student’s ID on previous report cards. The student’s use this number in the library and for lunch. If they do not remember the Student ID simply call the school.
The system will provide you with a PIN as long as you have your student ID. Simply begin the creation process and after entering the Student ID click the link that says, "Don`t know your student`s pin? Click here.".

Because each school has specific requirements please call your school and schedule a time to pick up a new Student Registration packet. They will request documentation which includes your student's Birth Certificate, Immunization records, and Proof of Residence.

A myWeber Parent Account is intended for parents to view all the information available for each of their students in the District. With a Parent account you will have the ability to check grades, late assignments, missing assignments, lunch balances, attendance history, transcripts and State testing scores for each student.
Weber School District provides every student and teacher with a Microsoft Office 365 account. This account allows students and teachers to access the popular Microsoft Office Suite from any computer connected to the internet. Each account includes:
Login to your Office365 account by going to portal.office.com.
Go to a computer lab Login to a computer with your WSD username/password
Push: CTRL-ALT-DEL and click on Change Password

Weber School District is committed to ensuring a safe environment for student and employee computer usage. The Appropriate Use Policy (AUP) governs the usage of the computers in the district. Everyone using a district computer is required to abide by the rules set forth in the AUP.
The Appropriate Use Policy is the agreement between the district, the students, and the staff, and determines which computer activities are appropriate. What:
The emergency notifier is linked to all email addresses, all mobile phone numbers, the district twitter account, the district Facebook account, as well as all Weber School District web pages. It is accessed through a button in MyStudent that is only accessible by particular district administrators.
When:
This is for emergency type notifications; (i.e. school closures, late start, early out, lockouts,) and other situations when we need to get information to parents and students. There is no ability to “unsubscribe” from this list.
Who:
The Emergency Notifier can only be initiated by the Superintendency. Subsequent permission can be granted from the superintendent to the director and supervisor of Technical Services, the director of Secondary Education, the director of Elementary Education, Community Relations/Safety Administrator, and Technical Services Web Development emergency notification support. (Blayne Christensen, Geoff Brooks, Justin Reeve) Geoff Brooks is the point of contact.
How:
To activate the Emergency Notifier contact one of the persons in the above list. You must have myStudent installed and updated to access the button.
What:
MyConnect is an “opt in” notification system. (Similar to remind101) Teachers and administrators can create a list associated with a course or other group of students. Students/parents connect to that text/email feed for any type of notifications or messages associated with that course or list. These messages are logged and can be scheduled. Parents/Students can also unsubscribe.
When:
This is for normal classroom notifications, athletic and club notifications, administrator to faculty notifications and messages, etc.
Who:

How:

AcyMailer is a school based utility to mass email parents and students within their school.
When:
This is for sending newsletters, emails with attachments, emails to specific grade levels, PTA, Etc.

How:
AcyMailer is a Joomla web site application. Administrators log into their Joomla site and can send the content out to groups specified in that list.

WSD Notifier - Parents
Weber School District uses several methods to communicate important and timely messages to parents. These methods include email, text messaging, district websites and social media. This guide will explain how to receive and/or view any messages sent via the WSD Notification system. Parents are encouraged to follow any or all of the following methods to ensure timely notification.
Email Notifications
To receive email notifications, a parent must be registered at myweber.wsd.net. If you are already registered and need to change the email address that receives WSD Notification messages, you can change it by clicking on “Preferences” from the top menu.
Note: Each parent must have their own MyWeber account to receive WSD Notification messages via email and text.
Text Message Notifications*
To receive text message notifications on your mobile phone, you must have your cell phone number listed in your MyWeber account. To check your current listed contact information or to update your mobile number login at myweber.wsd.net and select “Preferences” from the top menu.
Twitter Notifications*
You do not need to have a Twitter account to follow and receive text messages sent from the WSD Notification Twitter account. Do the following to receive WSD Notification tweets as text messages on your mobile device:
Send “follow @wsdnotification” to the number “40404”

The notification message will also be displayed on all school and district web pages. Simply visit any of the sites to see the WSD Notification Message.
